5 CULTURE INDONESIA THE WORLDWIDE




As a citizen of Indonesia, we are proud that five Indonesian cultural heritage contributed to the pride of the world. What are the culture and what makes it the pride of the world? Check out his review below:

1. Wayang
            Wayang is recognized by UNESCO as a cultural heritage of Indonesia in 2003. Wayang "Masterpieces of World Culture"  which is recognized by UNESCO not only wayang Jawa but wayang Indonesia, including wayang Bali, wayang golek Sunda, wayang Lombok, etc. The stories are played is about the gods, martial, romance and heroism that the show is accompanied by gamelan music. The mastermind behind the wayang show is very good at bringing the emotional thrill audiences ranging from war to a funny story that brought the puppeteer to make the audience laugh. 1950-1960s year is recognized wayang heyday Western researchers, as the most beautiful in the world of performing arts.


2. Keris
            UNESCO declared Keris as a "Masterpiece of the Oral and Intangible Heritage of Humanity" on November 25, 2005. Indonesian Keris is a traditional weapon which is believed to contain supernatural powers. The kings of the archipelago makes a dagger into heirloom weapons. Keris has been used since the 9th century made with metal and the handle is made of bone, horn or wood. Keris is made of high quality metal. Ancient Keris even the metal came from a meteor that fell to earth. The researchers said that the ancient dagger containing titanium metal elements a new material in the 20th century used as a coating material space vehicles, but it turns out the Mpu kris makers have found it first as a keris.


3. Batik
            Indonesian batik as a World Cultural Heritage (World Heritage). Batik is produced by the process of writing a picture or decoration on any media using hot wax using canting. Batik is usually drawn on cotton and silk fabrics. Batik art has been known since the time of Majapahit kingdom and growing the kingdom and later kings. According to Prof. Yohanes Surya, PhD, physicist Indonesia, Batik is a painting about the nature and dynamics. 4. Angklung
            Angklung is a musical instrument multitonal (dual tone) that is traditionally grown in Sundanese language communities in the western part of Java Island. This instrument made of bamboo, rung by shaken (noise caused by the collision of bamboo pipe body) so as to produce sound that vibrates in the composition of tones 2, 3, up to 4 tones in any size, large or small. The barrel (tone) angklung as Sundanese traditional music mostly salendro and pelog. Angklung is listed as Masterpieces of the Oral and Intangible Heritage of Humanity by UNESCO since November 2010.


5. Saman Dance
            Saman dance is a dance Gayo usually displayed to celebrate important events in the customs. Saman dance using poetry in Arabic and Gayo. In some literature mentions Saman dance in Aceh was founded and developed by Sheikh Saman, a scholar from the Southeast Aceh Gayo. Saman dance including one dance that is quite unique, because they only show the motion of applause other movements, such as shaking motion, kirep, Lingang, surang-strain (all of this motion is the language Gayo) Tari Saman Gayo Lues and surrounding areas in Aceh Province officially recognized and included in the list of intangible cultural heritage that need urgent protection of UNESCO, the annual grand session which was attended by more than 500 delegates from 69 countries, international NGOs, experts and media culture in Bali on 22 to 29 November 2011,.
